In the little box from Scootopia there were 2 new inner tubes. So time to put the wheels together.
After a little bit of Youtube watching and a fair bit of messing about I think I have the wheels all put together properly! I need to get them pumped up to pressure as I only had a bicycle pump, but that was enough to get them inflated enough to get the rims on.
